💨 Abstract

An amber health alert is in effect in parts of the UK, with temperatures potentially reaching 35°C on Monday. The alert, issued by the UK Health Security Agency, covers several regions and includes a warning of possible increased deaths among the elderly and those with health conditions. The heatwave is expected to peak on Monday, with temperatures rising steadily from Friday. The UKHSA and Met Office advise taking precautions and checking on vulnerable individuals.
