💨 Abstract

The U.S. FDA has issued a Class I recall for 946 cases of refrigerated deli salads from Isabelle’s Kitchen, Inc. The salads, sold in eight states, contain contaminated cucumbers with salmonella, posing a risk of serious health issues or death. The affected products were distributed in various local grocery stores. The recall emphasizes the serious risk associated with consuming these salads.
