💨 Abstract
Brighton forward João Pedro, who scored 30 goals in his two seasons, is reportedly close to leaving the club. Chelsea and Newcastle United have both made significant offers for the 23-year-old, but Brighton is holding out for at least £60m. Pedro is reportedly leaning towards Chelsea, where he could potentially replace Liam Delap and Nicolas Jackson. Newcastle's interest is long-standing, but Pedro may prefer Chelsea to ensure first-choice striker status.
