đ¨ Abstract
A 38-year-old factory worker, Nicolas Lopez Gomez, was found dead after getting stuck in an industrial oven at a cereal plant in Perryville, Missouri. He was attempting to clean an oven's exterior. Gomez, known as Edward Avila at work, was from Guatemala. The Perry County Coroner and local authorities tried to rescue him but he had already succumbed to his injuries. He was cleaning the exterior. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the fatal incident.
