💨 Abstract
Donald Trump has announced that the identity of TikTok's new owner will be revealed in "about two weeks." He mentioned that a group of wealthy individuals is interested in purchasing the U.S. arm of the Chinese-owned app but did not provide further details. TikTok was banned in the U.S. in January over national security concerns but has since received extensions, allowing it to remain available. If a deal isn't finalized, U.S. users may lose access.
