đ¨ Abstract
A 92-year-old man, Ryland Headley, will spend the rest of his life in prison for the 1967 rape and murder of 75-year-old Louisa Dunne in Bristol. The case, one of the UK's longest-running cold cases, was solved in 2023 through DNA testing. Headley, who initially avoided suspicion due to limited forensic technology, was convicted after his palm print and DNA matched evidence from the crime scene.
