💨 Abstract

A ferry, KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya, sank off Bali, Indonesia, with at least 4 dead and 30 missing as of Wednesday. Survivors reported the sinking was sudden due to bad weather. President Subianto ordered an immediate response, but rescue efforts are hindered by strong currents and winds. The ferry, crossing from Java to Bali, often carries passengers and vehicles. Ferries in Indonesia commonly have safety issues, leading to frequent accidents.
