Actor Michael Madsen, known for his roles in "Reservoir Dogs" and "Kill Bill: Vol. 2," died aged 67 from a cardiac arrest. Born in Chicago, Madsen's mother was a filmmaker and his father a Navy veteran and firefighter. He began acting at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, mentored by John Malkovich. Madsen's breakout role came in "Reservoir Dogs."
