💨 Abstract
Diogo Jota, the 28-year-old Liverpool striker, and his younger brother, Andre Silva, were tragically killed in a car crash in northern Spain. Jota, having just undergone lung surgery for a condition called pneumothorax, was advised not to fly. He had been making a swift recovery, described as the “ultimate professional” by his physiotherapist, Miguel Goncalves.
