💨 Abstract
Gregory Manson, a former GP, was jailed for seven years after conducting unnecessary genital exams on male patients over nearly two decades. Manson, who worked in Canterbury, abused the trust of his patients, conducting these exams without consent and often without medical justification, from coughs and headaches. His actions left some victims so traumatized that they avoided seeing any GP.
