💨 Abstract
The Baby Guinness shot, a popular night-out drink made with coffee liqueur and Irish cream, mimics the look of a miniature Guinness pint. Several base liqueurs like Kahlúa, Tia Maria, or Patron XO Café can be used. Originating from a Dublin pub near a maternity hospital in the late 1980s, it was served to celebrate new babies. To honor its tradition, it should be saved for special occasions like welcoming a newborn.
