💨 Abstract
The streaming service Freevee, praised for its variety of movies and TV shows, is shutting down. However, its content will move to Amazon Prime Video's "free with ads" section, accessible without a subscription. Despite user appreciation for Freevee, Amazon aims to consolidate its streaming offerings, closing the standalone app by August 2025. Some site-specific context and ads are excluded, and it's not clear whether it is mentioned when the Freevee content will be moved to Prime Video.
