💨 Abstract
An inquest jury concluded that a five-year-old, Benedict Blythe, died due to accidental exposure to cow’s milk protein, likely from his own bottle at Barnack Primary School. Benedict had severe allergies to milk, eggs, and some nuts. The jury found multiple factors contributing to his death, including delayed administration of adrenaline, potential cross-contamination, and the school not being fully aware of his allergy plan.
