💨 Abstract
On July 29th in Hollingbourne, Kent, a 36-year-old man, Sean O’Meara, was injured and hospitalized during a police encounter. Upon arresting O’Meara for assault and discovering suspicious items, the police opened fire thinking they were facing a firearm and improvised explosive device. It resulted in the discovery of at least nine suspicious devices, forcing police to close parts of the A20.
