A 2-year-old boy in Phoenix, Arizona, accidentally shot himself with a gun left out by his father, Oscar Guerra. Guerra, 27, was charged with child abuse after the boy found the gun on the couch. The boy's mother had previously warned Guerra about leaving guns unsecured. The child sustained non-life-threatening injuries, but Guerra faces up to nine years in prison.
