💨 Abstract
Liverpool have expressed interest in signing Newcastle's Alexander Isak, who has been a prolific scorer since joining in 2022. The Reds have approached Newcastle, indicating a willingness to pay around £120m. Newcastle, however, intend to keep Isak as they prepare for Champions League football, viewing Liverpool's approach as an attempt to unsettle the player. If the deal goes through, it will surpass Liverpool's recent transfer record set by Florian Wirtz.
