💨 Abstract
A 19-year-old sanitation worker died after being pulled into a meat grinder at Tina’s Burritos factory in Vernon, California. The incident occurred late Sunday night. The worker was apparently cleaning an industrial food processor when it abruptly started. The teenager's calls for help were heard by coworkers, who could not shut off the machine before emergency crews arrived. Authorities suspect the death was an accident and that no foul play was involved.
