💨 Abstract
Former Sky News presenter Dermot Murnaghan revealed he had stage four prostate cancer and confessed to 'falling through the gaps' before his diagnosis. He had not known that his regular work medical tests didn't include a PSA test, which could have detected the cancer earlier. Murnaghan stressed the importance of men getting regularly tested, even if they show no symptoms. He is optimistic about new treatment options and will participate in Sir Chris Hoy’s charity bike ride in September.
