💨 Abstract
Wimbledon plans to nearly triple its size were approved by a judge, dismissing a legal challenge. The expansion includes 39 new courts, an 8,000-seat stadium, and 27 acres of new public parkland. The project, set to start conversion in 2024, aims to increase spectator capacity from 42,000 to 50,000 by 2029.
