💨 Abstract
Billy Joel, the renowned US singer, has been diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), a condition that affects balance, hearing, and vision. He suspects heavy drinking might have contributed. Joel canceled his concerts, including shows in Edinburgh and Liverpool, and missed the premiere of his documentary. Despite the diagnosis, he assures fans he is feeling good, though his balance is affected. The condition is more common in people over 60 and can be difficult to diagnose.
