💨 Abstract

"The Great British Sewing Bee" returned with host Sara Pascoe, who replaced Kiell Smith-Bynoe who hosted during her maternity leave. Kiell's lack of presenting experience made him relatable. Viewers loved his genuine interest in the contestants and their work, and his chemistry with them led to personal favoritism over his runs. Although Sara excels at being natural, the series could have benefited more with Kiell’s genuine charm.
