💨 Abstract
An Argentine police officer won over £9,000 in compensation after Google Street View exposed his naked backside online. Initially, a judge ruled against him, blaming his actions. However, appeal judges overturned this, finding that Google invaded his privacy by capturing his image over a tall fence in his home's patio. They decided Google must pay, citing a serious intrusion into the officer's private domain.
