💨 Abstract
Emilie Kiser’s husband, Brady, will not face charges in the drowning death of their 3-year-old son, Trigg, at their Phoenix home on May 12. Initial police recommendations were ignored by prosecutors who deemed that a reasonable likelihood of conviction was unmet. Brady was home with Trigg and Theodore when the incident occurred. Both parents, who have large social media followings, are grieving.
