💨 Abstract
A tuk-tuk driver, Iuliu Kubola, was arrested after stealing 76 bottles of wine worth £24,000 from a central London restaurant. The 61-year-old loaded the bottles into his pedicab and was identified by a police officer who recognized him from CCTV footage. Kubola made additional theft attempts and caused £1,425 in property damage.
