💨 Abstract
In Gaza, under an Israeli blockade, food prices have skyrocketed to unprecedented levels, making basic staples unaffordable for many. A 25kg sack of flour costs £414, while a kilogram of sugar is £88. The blockade has led to severe malnutrition and starvation, with 133 deaths recorded, including 87 children.
