A woman, believed to be a rough sleeper named Anne Marie, gave birth in a Walthamstow underpass and was later picked up by individuals in a blue van. The woman and her newborn have not been seen since. Police are urgently seeking information to ensure their safety. Anyone with information or who was in the area is urged to contact the police or medical authorities.
