đ¨ Abstract
A former rugby player, Alex Ogbechie, was attacked with a samurai sword in a Canary Wharf car park. Ogbechie was meeting someone to sell cigars when the attacker struck, injuring his arm and side. He managed to turn just in time, avoiding life-threatening injuries. After the attack, Ogbechie flagged down help and was rushed to hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery. Police are investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made.
