Jose Mourinho paid a heartfelt tribute to Jorge Costa, the former Porto captain who died at age 53. Costa was instrumental in Porto's Champions League win in 2004 and won 21 trophies with the club, including eight Portuguese league titles. He died after suffering a cardiac arrest at Porto's training ground. Mourinho praised Costa's leadership and dedication, both on and off the field.
