💨 Abstract
Anthony Barron, one of Britain's most notorious pedophiles, died aged 72 in HMP Ashfield. Barron, from Oxfordshire, was serving a life sentence for 87 charges involving the sexual abuse of 11 girls aged 3 to 12, which he filmed. He befriended the children's parents through school and Scout group connections. The abuse spanned nine years, and he used bribes to gain compliance.
