💨 Abstract
An 81-year-old man, Arthur Ball, was banned from driving after being found with a high level of cocaine in his system while driving home from his birthday party. Police pulled him over in Warrington, and despite his claims of innocence, a blood test revealed he was over three times the legal limit. Ball pleaded guilty to drug driving, was fined £120, and banned for a year. His lawyer attributed the incident to possible contamination of his drink.
