💨 Abstract
A London restaurant, Pho Na, was shut down after inspectors found dog meat in the freezer, labeled as goat. The owner, Vuong Quoc Nguyen, denied food safety and hygiene offenses, claiming he was unaware of the meat's origin. The restaurant was also found to have mice droppings and cockroaches. Lewisham Council confirmed it took legal action due to food hygiene offenses, but did not order the closure. The matter is still under legal proceedings.
