šØ Abstract
A career criminal, Javon Riley, was convicted for his role in a drive-by shooting in Dalston, east London, resulting in a nine-year-old girl being severely injured and three men being hit. Riley, while not the triggerman, was involved in the planning and execution, including reconnaissance and helping the shooter evade capture. The shooting was part of a long-standing rivalry between the Tottenham Turks and Hackney Turks gangs. Riley faces a lengthy prison sentence.
