💨 Abstract

A think tank proposes that the UK lead an international alliance, inspired by the Five Eyes, to combat sophisticated organized crime groups posing a national security threat. These groups, using advanced technology and operating across borders, engage in drug trafficking, human smuggling, and cybercrime. The alliance would focus on disrupting entire criminal networks rather than individuals, leveraging shared intelligence, advanced technology, and coordinated international efforts to dismantle these threats.
