💨 Abstract
A wheelchair-bound couple, Frank (77) and Jean, were arrested under the terrorism act during a large protest in London, supporting the banned group Palestine Action. The protest, with hundreds of flags, banners, and silent demonstrators, saw the couple smiling before being detained. The Metropolitan Police confirmed arrests for expressing support for Palestine Action. Previous similar protest saw dozens detained, with organizers expecting more pre arrests this time. Protesters refuse street bail and plan to resist by going "floppy".
