💨 Abstract
In response to London’s skyrocketing rents, artist and architect Harrison Marshall lives in a converted rubbish skip, paying just £250/month—a fraction of typical Bermondsey rents. The 1m x 2.5m "Skip House," funded partly by an arts grant, features basic amenities like a mattress, basin, and generator-powered electricity.
