💨 Abstract
A three-year-old girl suffered a bald patch after an electric cleaning brush from Temu ripped out her hair. The mother, Amy, bought the £4 "Magic Brush" online, but it malfunctioned, causing the incident. Norfolk Trading Standards confirmed Temu removed the product from sale. Temu expressed concern and offered a £1,500 refund, which Amy declined. The company stated it enforces safety standards and works with testing organizations.
