Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, co-founders of Arcade Fire, have announced their separation after 22 years of marriage. They will continue to co-parent their son and work together on their Haiti-focused non-profit, KANPE. The band will also continue to tour. The announcement comes amid past controversies, including allegations of sexual misconduct against Butler, which he denied. The band's future remains uncertain amidst these changes.
