💨 Abstract
A streamer, Jesse Keighin, was ordered to pay £13,300 ($17,500) for illegally streaming pirated Nintendo Switch games before their release. Nintendo sued him in 2024 after he streamed at least 10 games, including *Mario & Luigi: Brothership*, 16 days early. Despite takedown notices, Keighin continued using burner accounts, even taunting Nintendo.
