đ¨ Abstract
A 13-year-old boy, Alix Law, was denied boarding on a Qatar Airways flight to Phuket due to a luggage sticker mark on his passport, which the airline deemed invalid. His mother, Meghan, argued the passport had been used multiple times without issue. After rebooking through TUI, the family flew with Emirates. Meghan criticized Qatar Airways for lack of compassion and is seeking compensation, believing the passport was not the real issue.
