💨 Abstract
Miss Universe 2024 winner Victoria Theilvig led a mass walkout in solidarity with Miss Mexico, Fátima Bosch, after the competition’s executive director disrespected her. Bosch was escorted out for not complying with social media demands and defending herself, saying, “I have a voice. You’re not respecting me as a woman.” Theilvig’s stand, joined by other contestants, was praised as an empowering act.
