💨 Abstract
In a Thanksgiving tradition, President Trump pardoned two turkeys, Gobble and Waddle, in the White House Rose Garden. Gobble was officially pardoned on camera, while Waddle was briefly missing but later seen in the press briefing room. The annual turkey pardon began in the 1940s and became a yearly event under President George H.W. Bush.
