💨 Abstract

On Black Friday, a 16-year-old girl and two others were injured when a man opened fire at the Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall in San Jose, California. The incident, described as "isolated," resulted in non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities suggested it was not targeted at shoppers but arose from a dispute between two individuals. The mall was evacuated about an hour after the shooting, which occurred around 5 pm.
