💨 Abstract
Residents of Devon Oaks Park in Dartmoor face potential homelessness after discovering their mobile homes were sold under false planning permissions. The 20 homes were marketed as year-round residences, but the site is designated for holiday use only, allowing occupancy for just eight months a year. Elderly residents, who invested their life savings, now fear eviction. Dartmoor National Park has begun enforcing the rules, though it has offered residents the option to apply for proper planning permission.
