💨 Abstract

Cyane Panine, a 24-year-old waitress, was identified as one of the 40 victims of a New Year's Eve fire at Le Constellation nightclub in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. She was seen in footage holding champagne bottles with sparklers, which allegedly ignited the fire. The nightclub owners, Jacques and Jessica Moretti, encouraged the use of sparklers to "get the atmosphere going."
