💨 Abstract

A survey by Lovehoney found that popular sex positions like doggy style, missionary, and cowgirl can lead to injuries. Doggy style, the UK's favorite, caused wrist injuries and carpet burns for over half of respondents. Missionary led to pulled muscles and back injuries. Reverse cowgirl and cowgirl also posed risks, including penile fractures. Experts advise maintaining proper posture, using pillows for support, communicating with partners, and using lube to prevent injuries.
