💨 Abstract

A UK High Court judge dismissed a legal challenge by gender-critical charity Sex Matters against the City of London Corporation's trans-inclusive rules at Hampstead Heath Ponds. The charity argued that allowing trans women to use the Ladies Pond was sex discrimination, but the judge ruled that the case should be heard in the county court. The decision allows trans people to continue using the ponds according to their gender identity.
