💨 Abstract
A Nestlé baby formula recall was confirmed due to contamination with cereulide toxin, which can cause nausea and vomiting. The affected ingredient, arachidonic acid (ARA) oil, was sourced from a shared third-party supplier. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) is tracing all potentially affected products. Danone also recalled a batch of Aptamil formula due to the same toxin. Parents are advised to stop using the recalled products and consult healthcare providers if their baby has consumed them.
