💨 Abstract

A father and son, Owen Maughan (27) and Patrick Maughan (54), are on trial for the murder of four-year-old Peter Maughan. On June 1, 2022, after a day of drinking, Owen drove erratically and chased his cousin's vehicle on the A2 motorway, clipping it and causing a rollover. Peter died, and others were injured.
