💨 Abstract
Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo were subjected to a racial slur during the BAFTAs while presenting an award. The slur was shouted by John Davidson, who has Tourette's syndrome. Jordan, who had prepared extensively for his role in "Sinners" by studying the psychological effects of racism, was deeply affected. The BBC removed the broadcast from iPlayer and issued an apology. Davidson also apologized, stating his outbursts were involuntary.
