A cargo ship, the Caffa, suspected of being part of Russia's 'shadow fleet,' was boarded in the Baltic Sea by the Swedish Coast Guard. The ship, sailing under a false Guinean flag, is on Ukraine's sanctions list and has a predominantly Russian crew. Swedish authorities are investigating its seaworthiness and have initiated a criminal probe.
